  1. DoctorSOS - This is a kitty accessible by community health promoters within his community for emergency situations like quick transportation of the patient to a referral hospital

  3. CHP Support - He works with community health promoters who monitor his patient's and continously collect the necessary vitals for early detection of spikes, giving saving the patient frequent trips to the hospital unless it is necessary.
  4. Symptoms Journaling - Through his chatbot, his patients are able to journal symptoms which are visible in his dashboard, enabling him to build quick interventions in the event of a risk flag. Based on symptoms and patient history, his patients are classified into low risk, medium risk and high risk for early detection of sickness.
  5. Appointment Booking - His patients can now book for virtual or physical appointments through his chatbot saving queue time while improving efficiency at the health facility
  6. Awareness & Advocacy - His patients and followers are able to access his journal, notes and medical tips & FAQs 24/7. This enables the patients to continously learn from credible, government approved medical sources - the first step towards embedding preventative care which is always cheaper than curative care.
  7. Patient Provided Information - His patient can provide additional information remotely by either uploading via WhatsApp or sending a message and this will be automatically added to the patients medical chart for review by the doctor. Without having to physically visit the doctor, a patient can provide information for review by the doctor
